Sitting has been described as the Smoking of our generation.
Sedentary lifestyles and a lack of physical inactivity are directly linked to some REALLY bad conditions, including certain types of Cancer, Heart Disease and Type 2 Diabetes.
Try to alternate between sitting and standing throughout your sessions in front of the screens.We donβt expect any standing marathons, just get those hip flexors activating!
